Urethane resin-based, double-component, chemically cured, resistant to UV, high-gloss polyurethane acrylic topcoat cured with an aliphatic isocyanate hardener. It has high-gloss, UV resistance and high durability properties. Used for metal protection in general industry and machinery, steel structures, and marine applications.

Surface Preparation&Application
Surfaces should be cleaned of old paint film, oil, dust, dirt, moist, chloride, sulphate salts, rust, rolled mud, tempering, casting - welding burrs etc. which will reduce adhesion on the application surface . Bevel the 90° sharp corners and edges of the application surface and send the surface at minimum Sa2 ½ (ISO 8501-1, SSPC-SP10) degrees, (sand - grid scraper) and prime the scraped surface in 1 to 2 hours with Epoxy Anticorrosive Primer. After the primer has hard dried (in 4 to 6 hours), Polidur Polyurethane Bright Paint can be applied. Mix the paint and the hardener in the given ratio until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Rest the mixture for 2 to 3 minutes for preliminary reaction and apply with the recommended apparatuses. The surface temperature must be minimum 3 Celsius degrees higher than the dew temperature. Do not apply near dew point or on wet, damp surfaces. For the topcoat application wait for 24 hours between coats. Application Temperature: Min +10 °C / Max. + 30 °C
