Poli-Heat 600°C

Surfaces should be cleaned of old paint film, oil, dust, dirt, moist, chloride, sulphate salts, rust, rolled mud, tempering, casting - welding burrs etc. which will reduce adhesion on the application surface . Metal surfaces must be sanded at minimum Sa2 ½ (ISO 8501-1, SSPC-SP10) (sand blasting). Paint the sanded surface with Poli - Heat 600 in 1 to 2 hours.Thin the product according to the application equipment, than mix thoroughly until it becomes homogenous. . Increase the temperature gradually and cure at 100°C for 1 hour - at 200°C for 1 hour and at 300°C for 1 hour.

One component / Poly HRM thinner 10 - 15%

13-15 m²/L or 10-12 m²/kg (25 - 30 µ DFT)

Touch dry in 1-2 hours and hard dry in 3 hours at high temperature.
