A pure acrylic resin-based, two-component, reaction-drying, aliphatic isocyanate hardener cured matte topcoat acrylic paint developed for the outdoors requiring UV resistance.
Surfaces should be cleaned of old paint film, oil, dust, dirt, moist, chloride, sulphate salts, rust, rolled mud, tempering, casting - welding burrs etc. which will reduce adhesion on the application surface . 90° pointed corner and edges on the application surface must be rounded out and surface must be sanded at minimum SA2 ½ level (ISO 8501-1, SSPC-SP10) (sand - grid blasting), and sanded surface must be primed with Epoxy Anti-corrosive Prime in 1 to 2 hours. After primer has dried (in 4 to 6 hours), Pur-Acryl Matte Paint can be applied. Primer and hardener in defined ratios is mixed thoroughly until it becomes homogenous. Rest the mixture for 2 to 3 minutes and apply with the recommended apparatus. The surface temperature must be minimum 3 Celsius degrees higher than the dew temperature. Do not apply near dew point. For the topcoat application wait for 24 hours between coats. Application Temperature: min +10 °C / max + 30 °C
