Surfaces should be cleaned of old paint film, oil, dust, dirt, moist, chloride, sulphate salts, rust, rolled mud, tempering, casting - welding burrs etc. which will reduce adhesion on the application surface . 90° pointed corner and edges on the application surface must be rounded out and surface must be sanded at minimum SA2 ½ level (ISO 8501-1, SSPC-SP10) (sand - grid blasting), and sanded surface must be primed with Epoxy Anti-corrosive Prime in 1 to 2 hours. After primer has dried (in 4 to 6 hours), Protectilat Acrylic Paint can be applied. Paint and hardener in defined ratios is mixed thoroughly until it becomes homogenous. Rest the mixture for 2 to 3 minutes and apply with the recommended apparatus. The surface temperature must be minimum 3 Celsius degrees higher than the dew temperature. Do not apply near dew point or on wet, moist surfaces. For the topcoat application wait for 24 hours between coats. Application Temperature: Min. +10 °C/ Max. + 30 °C
