Epocrete Epoxy Coating
Two-component, reaction-dried, epoxy resin-based, solvent-free, self-levelling floor coating material that creates a hard film layer. Creates a hygienic, anti-dust, aesthetic, easy-to-clean, smooth or textured (with the addition of aggregate), medium-level nonslip surface.
Surfaces should be cleaned of old paint film, oil, dust, dirt, moist, chloride, sulphate salts, rust, rolled mud, tempering, casting - welding burrs etc. which will reduce adhesion on the application surface. The surface must be prepared with convenient roughness to increase adhesion. Mix the coating material and the hardener in the given ratio until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Rest for 2-3 minutes. The resting period between coats is 24 hours. Sand slightly before applying the 2nd coat. Avoid applying on damp or wet surfaces. Moist and/or water may cause the product to foam abnormally and detach from the surface. Use the product in 40 minutes after adding the hardener. The potlife of the mixture reduces as the temperature increases.
