Polimetal Water Based
Water-based finishing paint applicable on metal and pig iron for structural steel, which is perfectly resistant to corrosion and challenging climatic conditions.
Surface Preparation&Application:
Application surfaces must be smooth, stable, dry and free of grease and stains. Coarse rust flakes must be removed from the surface with a scraper, wire brush or sandpaper. Stir the can thoroughly before application.directly onto the metal surface in 2 layers waiting 2-3 hours between coats.
Thinning / Blending Ratio:
Ready for use. Thin with water by 5-10% of its volume if required.
Coverage Area:
9-11 m²/L for a single coat
Drying Time:
At 20°C, touch dry in 40 minutes and fully dry in 10-12 hours.
Recommended Application Tools:
Apply with a brush or a spray gun.
