Perla Metal
Alkyd resin-based synthetic topcoat paint. Can be applied directly onto metal and rusty surfaces without a primer. Lead-free, bright, anti-corrosive and resistant to harsh climatic conditions. Adheres to metal surfaces very well.
Surface Preparation&Application:
Surfaces must be cleaned of dirt and grease, bubbling and rust with a spatula, wire brush or coarse sandpaper. Surfaces must be wiped with paint thinner. Apply directly on rusty surfaces in 2 coats. Wait 24 hours between coats.
Thinning / Blending Ratio:
Can be thinned by 10-15% with Polisan Synthetic Thinner.
Coverage Area:
Almost 13 -15 m²/L for a single coat
Drying Time:
At 20°C, touch dry in 30 minutes and hard dry in 24 hours. Totally hardened in 7 days.
Recommended Application Tools:
Roller, brush and spray gun.
