Primera Antirust
This is a solvent-based anti-corrosive primer. Used as antirust primer on all interior and exterior metal surfaces. Creates a secure foundation for the synthetic paints that will be applied on top. It is a metal primer with good adhering and covering capability.
Recommended Application Tools:
Grease and dirt should be cleared from the application surface; rust particles should be removed using a wire brush or coarse emery; and the surface should be wiped with paint thinner. Applied in 2 coats. Curing time of 1 day is required between coats.
Thinning / Blending Ratio:
Thin with Polisan Synthetic Thinner by 10-15%.
Coverage Area:
Approximately 15 m²/L on single coat.
Drying Time:
At 20°C, the primer is touch-dry in 2 to 3 hours and hard-dry in 12 to 15 hours.
Recommended Application Tools:
Roller, brush and spray gun.
