The Mix Center is a paint-mixing center that aims to provide a sense of freedom to the process of choosing colors. The Mix Center collections consist of Picasso and Ral charts. The Mix Center exceeds customers’ expectations by eliminating time wastage and by acting as a practical source of customized paint colors.

The Mix Center system mixes color pastes with various base products in a computerized environment in order to obtain different colors. POLISAN works with two systems in the Mix Center making use of alternative color pastes. In the Universal paste system, both water and solvent-based paints can be produced while the water-based system can only produce water-based paints. Due to the higher cost of the Universal System and to the fact that people today prefer environmentally friendly and safe products, there is a global trend towards the water-based system.
 
MIX CENTER COLOR STAND
The Mix Center Color Stand consists of nearly 1000 colors. These colors are produced by POLISAN and only exist in the POLISAN product line. The stand includes a compartment containing 224 color comparison cards. Customers can select the color cards they want, take them away and compare them on the surface they are planning to paint, thereby reaching the most informed decision. The Mix Center color stand comes with a specially designed wheeled lower cupboard and 15 replacement color cards in each color compartment. When you run out of color cards, POLISAN provides 15-card packs of color cards free of charge.
 
MIX CENTER COLOR ALBUM
The Mix Center Color Album displays the nearly 1000 color options in the Mix Center collection. This unique color chart can be hung on a wall and is an indispensable tool for architects, interior designers and decorators.
 
MIX CENTER COLOR FOLDER
The Mix Center Color Folder/File is a different, unique color chart which allows all the color options in the Mix Center color album and the color stand to be removed and then combined with other color options. It is of enormous benefit to architects, interior designers and decorators.
 
MIX CENTER RAL CHART
The Mix Center Ral Chart includes 188 color options produced in a “glossy” style in accordance with global industry standards.
 
EXTERIOR PAINT COLOR CHART
The Exterior Paint Color Chart consists of 140 different colors.
 
HOW DOES THE MIX CENTER PREPARE COLORS?
The desired color’s Mix Center code is entered into the computer connected to the Mix Center Color Preparation Device. A paint canister whose dimensions correspond with the desired amount of paint is placed at the outlet of the device. When the process is complete, the canister is then placed into the POLISAN Mix Center Automatic Paint Mixer. Any color can be prepared this easily thanks to the Mix Center system.
 
POLISAN MIX CENTER AUTOMATIC COLOR PREPARATION DEVICE
The POLISAN Mix Center Automatic Color Preparation Device enables even the smallest hardware store to produce thousands of colors. The POLISAN Mix Center Automatic Color Preparation Device consists of 16 1.75-liter color paste containers made of specially designed plastic, a patented Blendorama piston pump system, Teflon plated pump drives that require no upkeep nor maintenance, a magnetically controlled valve positioning system, centralized automatic mixers and computer controlled nozzle caps and nozzle cleaning systems. It also features systems such as automatic activation when the container is installed and automatic deactivation when the process is complete.

The POLISAN Mix Center Automatic Paint Mixer can easily mix any containers with sizes ranging from 0.5 kg up to 35 kg. The mixing time can be set automatically. The device automatically compresses and opens containers. The machine starts mixing when it reaches the required level of compression. Time settings are set automatically. The transparent front cover is equipped with a safety lock system.
