Quality Management System

As Polisan Kansai Paint, our quality principle is to offer products conforming to national and international standards and beyond expectations of our customers and to become a pioneer and leader in quality of products with a vision of "Making the world more enjoyable, colorful, peaceful and livable with Polisan". 

By investing in people, information and technology based on our society, stakeholder, people and environment friendly quality mentality, we strive to satisfy the needs and expectations of our customer fully, timely and without failure, target zero industrial and environmental accident and we attempt to plan all of our activities accordingly. 

Environmental Management System

As Polisan Kansai Boya, we adopt environmentally, socially and economically sustainable service principles in all of our activities while offering our products and services. With this approach;

  • We comply with the respective legislation and legal regulations,
  • We manage our processes with system approach in management,
  • We evaluate the results of the performance measurements regarding major environmental aspects such as emissions, waste water, solid wastes, energy efficiency, recovery, effective use of the resources in all of our operations and goals are set to carry out the required development works and the goals are followed-up with action plans,
  • We set an example with our environmental and social awareness,
  • We track our corporate carbon footprint and manage it in the best way to contribute to the efforts of fighting global and national climate change.
  • We use energy and all other natural resources in the most efficient manner for our products and services in our facilities by making use of our energy management system.

Work Health and Safety Management System

The most important principle of our company is to keep work health and safety culture at the utmost level. We take any required measures and minimize process and operating risks adopting a systematic approach in terms of occupational health and safety in order to offer healthy work environments, safe work environments and conditions to our employees, customer, business partners, neighbors with our sustainable production and service approach.

Polisan Kansai Boya attaches utmost importance to process safety by following up advancing technologies. Risk assessments and change management studies are carried out in each operation, work flows are reviewed continuously, safer equipment is used, personnel are trained for improvement of technical background and competency, the most suitable personal protective equipment for safe working environments and conditions are provided to the employees, required legal and periodical readings are taken and followed-up, work leave system is implemented. 

Customer Satisfaction Management System

We aim to resolve customer complaints and requests in an open, justifiable, clear and quick manner and to achieve and maintain total customer satisfaction. We manage our customer relations with system approach in order to satisfy needs and expectations of our customers in a fully reliable environment and to always offer better service.

We use call center application in order to handle the continual relationships with out customers in an operational and analytical manner. 

Laboratory Management System

We are aiming to provide our testing services at the utmost level possible, with our specialist personnel trained continuously in its field and is aware of its goals and always according to the conditions agreed with the customer, recognized national and international standards and/or defined analysis methods, by following the technological advancement closely and by taking the principles of impartiality, independence, righteousness, confidentiality and reliability as basis.

We undertake that we will adopt confidentiality principle in protection of confidential information and proprietary rights of our customers, electronic storage of analysis results and in their transmission to the customers. 

Information Security Management System

As Polisan Kansai Paint, we manage our information systems pursuant to the requirements of ISO 27001:2013 Information Security Management System Standards in order to eliminate any kind of risk which may arise in terms of privacy, integrity, useability concerning our business continuity and information assets.

We raise awareness with all of our key stakeholders and primarily with our employees with the consciousness that information security can ensured not only not only as the responsibility of the information technology personnel but also through participation of all of the employees and we follow up the outcomes. 

Energy Management System

As Polisan Kansai Paint, we implement proactive energy management systems within our sustainability principle in all of production and service activities.

We encourage the best practices for energy efficiency in our companies and we ensure continuity of awareness on this matter by reinforcing energy management behaviors. We strive to identify improvement opportunities with the purpose of developing our energy performance, we keep energy consumptions under control and carry out our efficiency studies by taking the calculated energy criticality levels as basis.

We ensure its traceability by giving place to examples of our energy efficiency studies and the details of the benefits realized with these studies, in our Sustainability Reports released annually.
